03What “it works” means

  1. The decision is reversed, in whole or in part. If the plan keeps its decision, the law sends your case to an independent reviewer. A reversal there counts too.

  2. If the reviewer keeps it as well, it didn’t work. You pay nothing if we handled it for you. If you sent it yourself, the deposit covered writing your appeal, and there is no balance.

  3. The price you accept is the price you pay. It doesn’t change with the amount the plan pays, and it doesn’t change later.

  4. Always free: reading your letter, quoting its deadline back to you, and a person on our team checking what we found.

04Questions about money

Do you take a share of the money?

No. The price is fixed, whatever the plan pays.

What if the plan reverses only part of its decision?

That counts as reversed, and you pay the price above.

Why isn’t the deposit refunded?

It pays for writing your appeal and for a person checking every line of it. You get the letter whatever the plan decides.

What if you can’t help with my letter?

We tell you so, and where to find free help. You pay nothing.

Which of the two should I choose?

If you’d rather not deal with the plan at all, choose “We handle it for you”: you pay only if it works. If you’re comfortable signing and sending a letter, “We prepare it, you send it” costs less in all, but the deposit is paid either way.

Checking your letter is free.
